Hello! My name is Kayla Luther , and on my team is Johnathan Corcoran Jr. Here at Caps and Greens Gourmet LLC, we strive for health and flavorful perfection in every bite! We are a small, two- member hydroponic farm focused on delivering fresh, local, naturally-grown produce to the community. We started Caps and Greens Gourmet LLC from the ground-up the summer 2023. We are excited to raise awareness of the wonderful world of gourmet fungi and God’s natural medicines. As well as bring sustainably, and naturally -grown hydroponic lettuce, herbs, and microgreens from our farm to your table. Offering year-round gourmet, medicinal mushrooms and leafy green nutrition…. Even in the blistering Montana cold! Our produce and fungi are both grown from organic, non-GMO, USDA compliant seeds and materials. Our packaging is made of 100% Compostable, 100% Recyclable, PFA-free, plant-based materials. Giving back to the soil while combining Culinary Arts with Health and Wellness has never been easier!
