About Us
Since 2017 the Morin family has been baking artisan bread in the French Boulangerie tradition. All our bread are prepared with 4 basic ingredients: non GMO low gluten Flours, Sea Salt, Natural Yeast, and Water. We have chosen NOT to use any chemical additives, preservatives, fat, or sugar in the making of our bread. They are baked daily on site after a slow fermentation process (minimum 12 hours) that give the yeasts ample time to transforms the flours and ensure the full development of flavors and aromas. Manual shaping and scoring give to each loaves a unique aspect.
