We strive to provide the highest quality products. If you receive an item in unsatisfactory condition, you may return it for a replacement or receive a credit for the full product amount, which can be applied to a future order.
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please contact us, and we will process the refund to your card. You can reach out via our Contact Us form to report any issues with your order.
Please note:
- All orders are final once submitted and will be charged accordingly.
- Refunds due to any non product related issues like quality or absense of a product in order are not available after the ordering period has closed.
- We are unable to issue refunds for orders or items forgotten at pick-up locations.
