At Mother Fungi we see an enlivened food culture weaving together each of us, our plates, our producers, and our Earth. We envision a future in which all Montanans’ diets are fresh, tasty, and satisfying. Our farm team cultivates a myriad of gourmet mushrooms because they are sources of flavor, vitamins, minerals, fiber, and protein that nourish our community. We want to share mushrooms with more communities and believe they should have a special place on Montanans’ breakfast, lunch, and dinner plates
